We ask that you pay a deposit amounting to one third of the total price for your stay to guarantee your reservation on the following bank coordinates:

It is possible to pay by cash or bank card at the farm; there is a cash dispenser 3 km away in the centre of Tiers. 

There is no right of withdrawal under Italian Consumer Protection legislation; however we allow the following conditions of cancellation: 

• If you cancel up to 3 months before it is free of charge
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the full reservation price.   
• If you cancel less than 4 weeks before you were due to arrive, the cancellation fee ist 100% of the full reservation price.
• Any cancellation charges will be offset against the deposit already paid.

Your attention is expressly drawn to the provisions of articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, legislative decree 206/2005.

You may bring your dog with you by prior arrangement. We make a charge of €15.00 / day excl. feed for your four-legged friend. Please bear in mind that lots of animals already live on our farm, such as our small Munsterlander dog, cats, poultry and more.

Babies and toddlers are also very welcome to visit us. On request we can provide cots and high chairs.

You can move into our holiday apartments from 2.30 pm on your arrival day and we request that you vacate by 10 am on the day you leave.
